Co-Founder of Practice by Numbers

Dr. Aditi Agarwal began her dental career at 18 in Manipal, India, where she attended dental school and completed a 1-year residency. She then moved to Dubai, UAE, working in an esthetic practice, gaining diverse experience from underserved areas in India to affluent neighborhoods in Dubai. Her passion for dentistry led her to Boston University, where she earned her DMD in 2003. In Boston, she met her husband, who later co-founded Practice By Numbers (PbN) to address the challenges she faced in managing a dental practice.

In 2003, Dr. Agarwal moved to Seattle and worked as an associate in a large group practice for nearly seven years. She opened her first start-up practice in 2010, facing business challenges that led to the creation of Practice by Numbers in 2014. PbN provided essential business analytics, significantly boosting her financial and clinical success. This success enabled her to open a second start-up in 2016. In response to the growing staffing and technology challenges faced by dentists, PbN evolved in late 2019 into an All-in-One platform, offering the comprehensive technology needed to run a profitable practice.
