Stephenie Goddard, Leila Fejzagic, and Bobbie Norton join Dr. Eric Block to talk about the sisterhood they created in dentistry with an amazing singular program. With their vision, they help create new voices and new faces in the industry, even though it’s challenging for dentists to network and voice their opinions truly. The program is like a mini MBA that offers different courses to help enhance the skills and confidence levels of the women who sign up for it.
Stephenie Goddard is the CEO of Glidewell. She has been with Glidewell for almost 16 years. She joined the company as VP of HR and progressively took over larger roles in Glidewell. She worked in other industries, and landing in the dentistry industry has been an interesting and major shift in her career.
Leila Fejzagic is the Executive Vice President of Glidewell HR. She grew up learning about dentistry because she has been with Glidewell since college and for 25 years. She believes that she is more of a people-business focussed individual. With Stephenie’s leadership, she was able to really grow in HR, and she loves everything about dentistry.
Bobbie Norton is the Director of Strategic Partner Relations at
Glidewell. She has been with the company for 12 years, and she has been in dentistry since 1998. In this role, she gets to run a few programs for the company.
